In-House Service Terms

It is recommended that a sytem backup be completed prior to any service. A+ Systems Group / Q InfoTek does not guarantee exact data restoration, nor it shall be held responsible for any lost data.

Please be aware that in the event of a Windows/Operating System reload, all information will be deleted from your computer. If you wish to have any software (such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel) reinstalled, you must supply the installation CDs and licensing information.

Customer signature constitutes acceptance that the word was ordered and that all materials and equipment have been returned. Please test all functions of your equipment within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, A+ Systems Group / Q InfoTek considers any difficulties as a new service charge.
